The 1 bedroon apartment ia spacious and well maintained so it is true to its advertised photos. The close proximity to Maria Zambrano train station is ideal. The property is in great location. Lovely place to walk and enjoy food.
The property doesnt have a parking space so you either park by the train station / shopping mall or by the pay-as-you-go road side parking.

The room is pretty, very modern and if you’re not on the first floor then you have a lot of natural light. My second room was a corner room and was the room you see on the picture. A lot of windows, which is nice.
The first time I entered the room on the first floor, I already noticed a faint sewage smell. I couldn’t find where it came from, but it was a specific spot nearby the bed. I let the water run for a long time in the bathroom and kitchen, but the smell didn’t come from there. Then that night I woke up from the most disgusting smell I have ever smelled. It was a mix of sewage and rotten urine. It was so bad that I couldn’t fall asleep again and made me physically unwell. I contacted customer service. The staff was very nice but couldn’t give me a new room directly since it was fully booked out. So I had to stay another night in this horrific smell. The staff did keep tabs with me and asked if the smell was still there etc. So the staff was very attentive. During the night I turned off the AC and opened the window, which made it better. So I think it was actually the AC that gave that smell. The new room looked nice and smelled nice. However, for 2 of my 5 days stay I didn’t have hot water. So the overall stay wasn’t very pleasant.
