It was a great location. About a 20 minute walk into central Seville but we didn't even do that because the local area was so lovely. Full of locals, no tourists. The place really came alive at night. Was so buzzy but was super silent in the house. The hosue itself was beautiful, very clean and every single cooking / kitchen utensil you need to make lots of meals at home.
The curtains are quite thin so would bring a sleep mask! Slight drain smell in the downstairs big bathroom but not hugely noticeable as we were staying upstairs. Nothing else, everything was great!

Quiet location within walking access of centre and attractions. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Great to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
