The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the host, Mila. She was exceptional—constantly in touch to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed. During our visit, there was an ongoing protest in Tirana, but Mila’s regular updates and check-ins made us feel safe and reassured throughout. Her attentiveness went above and beyond, and she even helped us book a local taxi at the last minute on the day of our checkout.
Overall, the combination of a prime location and Mila’s outstanding hospitality made our stay memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirana.
There are a few areas where the experience could be improved. As Tirana’s tap water is not drinkable, it would be helpful if daily water bottles were provided. Daily fresh towels and an iron with an ironing board in the flat would also be appreciated. Other than these points, the flat itself had all other amenities we needed.

The bed was amazing
I have very minimal of complaints - the attempts to make it look personal - makes it less personal is the only thing I can think about
