A good sized apartment that was well furnished.
It is right on the main market Quare (Vielle marche) so very convenient for many of the bars and restaurants.
- Not at all noisy despite being in the main party area.
- Good supply of coffee and tea (although we brought ou own anyway)
- Excellent TV with Netflix etc.
- Facilities for washing clothes and drying (but not ironing!)
Lack of attention to details that detracted from the experience:-
- WiFi not working when we arrive.
- Towel provision is very poor (bath mat + 2 small bath towels)
- The washing machine worked perfectly, but unfortunately the iron did not work.
- Toilet seat was broken/detached when we arrived (but the host did arrange to have it fixed on the first day)
- The boiler seemed to behave strangely, flashing up error codes. It was dripping constantly (pressure relief system?)
- The stairs up to the flat were rather ramshackle.
- No aircon (which wasn't a problem when we visited) I could imagine this would have been an issue through most of the summer.

La ubicación está genial, en una plaza con bastante ambiente de restaurantes y bares. Muy cerca del casco antiguo. Se veía todo nuevo. Los elementos de la cocina de primera marca y nuevos. Una buena Smart TV. El baño está dentro del dormitorio principal. Ideal si solo va una pareja, pero si va más gente, puede ser un pequeño inconveniente. La ducha funcionaba perfectamente.
Fuimos en coche y hay un parking de pago (no es muy caro) justo en la plaza del apartamento. Al ser zona de casco antiguo, no se puede aparcar en la calle.
En el salón hay un ventilador nuevo que está muy bien, aunque sería mejor un aire acondicionado.
El apartamento está en un segundo piso sin ascensor. Como pone en booking, hay que pagar un depósito de 150€ antes de hacer el check-in. No hubo problema en recuperarlos.
En resumen, un bonito apartamento con todo nuevo y bien ubicado.
Nada más llegar, nos dijeron que si íbamos a utilizar el sofá como cama (éramos 3) había que pagar a parte 12€ por las sábanas y por la toalla de esta tercera persona, algo que no lo anuncian en booking (dicen que su web sí). Esto es importante saberlo si se va a usar el sofá como cama y deberían comunicarlo en el anuncio de booking. Esto no nos gustó, pero al final se solucionó. Decir que la cama del sofá no es muy grande. Si se va a usar por personas altas, no es buena idea.
Echamos en falta un ventilador en el dormitorio. Fuimos cuando hubo una ola de calor y pasamos muchísimo calor por la noche (era a finales de junio) Para dormir, abrimos las ventanas para refrescar, pero al estar en una zona con ambiente, había mucho ruido de la calle. Aconsejable llevarse tapones si vas en verano. La solución sería climatizar más el apartamento.
En resumen, sabiendo lo de las sábanas del sofá cama y si no hace mucho calor, no hay nada negativo que resaltar.

Idéalement situé, appartement spacieux, très beau, avec moulures au plafond et très agréable, avec tout le confort nécessaire.
Les cuisines du restaurant à côté sont par moment un peu bruyantes, mais ç'est tout à fait supportable.

:-) Logement bien équipé et peu bruyant malgré son placement idéal dans le centre historique de Rouen.
La personne nous accueillant était peu bienveillante et ne connaissait pas l'appartement (n'avait pas le code du coffre pour récupérer les draps supplémentaires payés pour le second lit par exemple).
Dommage également qu'il faille payer pour une seconde paire de draps pour le canapé, alors que le logement est annoncé pour 4 personnes (& lit non fait à l'arrivée).
Il conviendrait de préciser sur l'annonce qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur (cela n'a pas été gênant pour nous mais pourrait l'être pour d'autres voyageurs).
Nous recommandons cet appartement.
