Location was great for hiking and MTB at Trestle in Winter Park. 5 min drive to grab food, refill bottles in comfort and head back! Really good value for barebones room that I wanted for this trip! I'm sure there are bigger room if I brought my wife along for more nights, but the studio was perfect for just me.

Wake up to "Crazy train" blasting at 2am. Noise curfew is tough to enforce but tolerated!

The placement of the Murphy bed in the middle of the room mad it tight when the bed was down.
