The apartment was comfortable with all of the necessities. The location is only a short Metro ride from the city centre. And there were a few restaurants and bars very nearby. (Pizzico was excellent). You can people watch from the open balconette window. The apartment was cleaned while we were out each day.
The view is not the one in the pictures, and just faced other apartments. The traffic is very loud and constant if the windows are open, even at 4am. There are no extra luxuries in the flat (hangers or iron for clothes, kettle etc).
The streets outside were not clean, but sadly most of Paris seemed the same.

La struttura era in una buona posizione, ovviamente se uscendo dal portone andavi verso destra c era un degrado e spacciatori di ogni tipo, se giravi a sinistra ti trovavi in un altro ambiente , noi siamo usciti la sera con bambini , quindi niente paura, personale gentilissimo accogliente e disponibile, la struttura era anche grande
Non mi è piaciuto che le foto dell alloggio non corrispondevano alla realtà per lo meno, noi eravamo al 3 piano e nn c era la vista su Montmartre ma sul cortile di dentro, in bagno nessun appoggio dove metter le cose, e volevo più pulizia a terra

Posizione comodissima a due minuti dal metro e a due minuti dalle scale del sacro cuore,..alla sera zona non pericolosa con qualche locale per tirar tardi sotto casa e al mattino negozio e boulangerie supermarket vicinissimi. Struttura nuovissima staff gentile e presente dal mattino fino alle 19. C'è ingresso laterale dal quale entrare e uscire come quando si vuole ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Reasonable price fro small bedsit that near to a good metro line and Paris centre. Reasonably clean throughout. Late on arrival but reciv3ed all door codes & instructions through by email and it worked great.
The amount of crockery , glasses etc was pitiful. I know its not designed for full catering but for a few Euros they could have got some decent sized glasses and a kettle. (there was a unfathomable machine which i think was a coffee machine but no instructions.
The internet was a its very best totally Lousy!!
I know most French rely on their phones 4G for internet but for a foreigner that would be prohibitorily expensive.
