Отвратительно,грязно,мерзко!

Расположение,wi-fi

Абсолютно все!Квартира находится на 5-м !!!этаже,о чем хозяин умалчивает в обьявлении.Мебель вся старая,пошарпаная, постельное белье все из разных комплектов, подушки,которым лет 20,все в разводах,внутри подушек какие то сбившиеся куски.Полотенца старые,застиранные,пахнут плесенью.Кондиционер очень шумит и течет.На диване дырки , прожженные сигаретами.Маленькая мини кухня находится на балконе! !!Очень маленький старый холодильник.Электрическая плитка работает только на 1 комфорке.Ужасная ванная ,вся в сколах,замазанных краской,переключатель душа сломан,ни одной вешалки для полотенец.Шторка в ванной вся скользкая и в плесени.Стиральная машинка установлена около двери и когда она работает,то сдвигается и блокирует дверь- в ванную не возможно войти,что и случилось с нами в последний вечер.За стиральной машинкой обнаружили свалку из чужих вещей,которые,видимо , упали туда,когда она работала, и сдвинулась,но никто там не убирал.Сиденье от унитаза все расшатано Умывальник тоже болтается.Конечно,никаких ванных принадлежностей, туалетной бумаги,мыла,средства для мытья посуды тоже нет .Ближайший городской пляж очень грязный, очень много народу.Мы ездили на другие отдаленные пляжи.После осмотра квартиры по приезду написали хозяину о претензиях.Он сказал,что другого жилья у него нет,и если мы не хотим там жить,то он не вернёт деньги и не будет нас регистрировать в туристическом бюро. У нас не было выхода и пришлось остаться в этом жилье .Бронирование на booking он якобы отменил,чтобы не платить комиссию.В день отъезда приехал с женой, не дождавшись,пока мы выедем,хотя выезд итак очень ранний-до 10 утра,они начали менять белье, убираться.Категорически не рекомендую данное жилье,если не хотите испортить себе отпуск. Хозяин написал, что это -ложный отзыв, но это не так.сайт не позволяет прикрепить скриншоты переписки с хозяином.если нужно- пишите лично,направлю доказательства. Не рекомендую проверять та ли эта квартира,что на его фото.Мои фото реальные,это- помойка!

Boravak je bio zaista prijatan. Smještaj je čist, uredan i dobro opremljen, a lokacija vrlo praktična za obilazak okoline. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i uvijek spremni da pomognu. Sve je bilo kao na slikama i bez ikakvih zamjerki. Rado bih ponovo boravio ovdje i svakako preporučujem drugima.
