I booked through Booking.com, and the entire booking and check-in process was smooth. The room offered beautiful views, just as shown in the hotel's photos. Everything matched the description, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munnar
