The property is conveniently located in reasonable walking distance from Republic Square and the Meridian Expo Center. It is surrounded by coffee shops, food shops and restaurants, without being noisy. It is newly renovated, very clean and well equipped.
It was not easy to locate at first. The geotag link you receive is not accurate and it is on a side street. Once you identify the building the rest was easy.

The location
There was a construction next to it, so it was pretty noisy

A great place to stay right in the heart of Yerevan! The location is perfect, with everything you need within walking distance.
The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, and they kindly helped us check in early, which we really appreciated.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!

Очень хорошее место, локация отличная, все в пешей доступности. Администратор (забыла, к сожалению, имя) молодая милая девушка, которая помогла со всем, что было нужно
