The villa itself is beautiful and exactly as advertised — and the views are spectacular! It was just my son and me, but the villa would easily accommodate four couples, with four spacious master bedrooms.
The villa is set high up on a hill in a small village, so having a car is highly recommended. The location is peaceful and the views make the drive well worth it.
Pedja was a fantastic host and a real asset to the experience. He is charming, speaks excellent English, and was incredibly helpful, responsive and easy to contact. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I also dealt directly with the owner, who was equally easy to communicate and work with.
There’s a very good restaurant, Bankada, at the bottom of the hill in a beautiful setting. On our last day, we also discovered a wonderful hidden restaurant within Blizikuće — a lovely find.
Overall, a beautiful villa, stunning location and excellent hosting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
No complaints at all. I was travelling from the USA and we did have some issues getting the wire transfers (and exchange rates) executed in a timely manner. We eventually resolved everything, but I would recommend sorting this out and setting up the payment arrangements well in advance of your arrival. Speak with Pedja and/or Jorg beforehand to make the process as seamless as possible.
My son also took taxis back from Budva at night, which cost around €25–30 each way. This really reinforces the recommendation to have a car, particularly if you plan to explore the area or spend time in Budva.
If, like me, you’re new to Montenegro, one thing to keep in mind is that places can look deceptively close on a map. There are relatively few roads connecting the different attractions, and the mountainous terrain means that driving times can be considerably longer than the distance might suggest. Plan accordingly!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und vermissen bereits jetzt die wunderschöne Terrasse und vor allem diese unglaubliche Aussicht auf Budva, Sveti Stefan, die Bucht und das Meer. Es war einfach ein ganz besonderer Ort, an dem wir als Familie wunderschöne Tage verbringen durften.
Das Haus selbst lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen entspannten und komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Als Familie mit fünf Personen haben wir besonders die Großzügigkeit und Geräumigkeit des Hauses genossen. Mit vier Zimmern hatten wir mehr als genug Platz und konnten uns wunderbar wohlfühlen.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an unseren Host Pedja. Er war unglaublich professionell, liebenswert, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Er hat sich wirklich hervorragend um alles gekümmert und war immer für uns da – sogar mitten in der Nacht hat er uns herzlich empfangen. Egal, welches Anliegen wir hatten, er hat sich liebevoll, freundlich und mit großer Aufmerksamkeit darum gekümmert.
Besonders gefreut haben wir uns auch über den geschenkten Kaffee und die besten Melonen, die wir je gegessen haben. Solche kleinen Gesten zeigen, wie herzlich und gastfreundlich Pedja ist und wieviel Wert er auf zufriedene Gäste legt.
Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese wunderschöne Zeit und freuen uns sehr darauf, weiterhin mit Pedja in Kontakt zu bleiben. Wir wünschen ihm von Herzen nur das Beste und natürlich die allerbesten Gäste der Welt! ❤️

Ruime nette villa, alle slaapkamers een eigen badkamer. Mooie binnenruimte en mooie buitenruimte. Zwembad en het uitzicht zijn prachtig.
