Absolutely everything. Amazing hosts and gorgeous quiet dog! There was nothing you would need that isn't there, including a minibar full of essentials if you just need a top up Everything was super stylish, well thought out and spotlessly clean. Amazing location, just so so beautiful! We will definitely return if we come back to the area. RHCP forever!!! :)

10/10 simply isn’t enough — I’d happily give this place 12/10!
This is, without a doubt, one of the most exceptional accommodations we’ve ever stayed at. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the entire place feels like something out of a dream. The rooms are beautifully designed, everything is brand new, modern, spotless, and finished with incredible attention to detail. You can truly feel how much thought and care has gone into every little thing.
And then there are Laurens and Karin — absolutely wonderful hosts! They are the kind of people who genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable, welcome, and completely taken care of. Their hospitality is simply outstanding and made our stay even more special.
The road leading to the property may seem a little challenging at first, but honestly, don’t let that put you off. After a couple of drives, you get used to it — and before you know it, you actually start enjoying the adventure of getting there! And once you arrive, you realize that the journey is absolutely worth it.
Everything about this place is exceptional: the location, the views, the design, the comfort, the cleanliness, and above all, the incredible hospitality. It’s one of those rare places that doesn’t just meet expectations — it completely blows them away.
If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate for a second. Just book it. You will not regret it. We honestly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back.
12/10 — an absolute gem and easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We highly recommend choosing a room with a sea view — waking up to that view is simply unforgettable!

Everything was just perfect. The location, the furnishings and facilities, the BED!!! So comfortable! How relaxing it was to stay there and feel that you were ‘away from it all’. The hosts, Karin and Laurens could not do enough for us to help make our stay a comfortable one. In short, we had a fantastic time at El Cocodrilo and booked to return again before we left, we loved it so much.
Some people have stated that the road up to the accommodation is a little hilly in places… this makes the property all the more worth the journey as once you arrive, it is certainly the best view. The location is in the hills above Algorrobo and this gives you such a unique perspective. So, nothing was bad about the property.
