Overall, there were several very positive points about our stay: the apartment was extremely spacious, exceptionally clean, very well-equipped, and the location was truly fantastic.
However, there were a few significant downsides that impacted our experience:
1. The bathroom: The quality and standard of the bathroom were far below what would be expected for this price point, which was disappointing given the cost per night.
2. Lack of blackout curtains: Not all bedrooms had proper blackout curtains, particularly the room with the two single beds, allowing a lot of daylight in early in the morning.
3. The missed appointment for electricity meters: a staff member explicitly confirmed she would meet us at 10:30 AM to read the meters. After waiting 30 minutes and sending two messages, we were simply told that "the system didn't work." and noone showed up. Being kept waiting without prompt notice felt disrespectful of our time.
4. Presence of moths: We encountered and killed four moths during our stay.
