Surprisingly great value for the price I paid!
This place was super clean and the neighborhood was quiet.
Was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. It was about the size of an apartment and felt more spacious than a hotel room. It actually felt bigger than it looked in the pictures!
The bed was no frills but extremely comfortable. We had an excellent night's rest.
The shower got good and hot & the pressure was excellent!
The kitchen was equipped just enough to manage the groceries we bought.
While there wasn't a TV in the bedroom, the large blank wall was actually a perfect canvas for our movie projector! It felt like a private cinema, and as a bonus, the room stayed dim enough during the day that we could even enjoy movies in the afternoon without any issues.
The place could have used a full length mirror somewhere.
I could not find a mop or a broom.
There were only 3 k-cups in weird flavors & no sugar for morning coffee (Absolutely not a big deal but something I wish I was prepared for).
There was a funny smell when we got there, but we used a fan to circulate the air and it was fine after we got settled in. I'm thinking it smelled that way because it hadn't had company in a while. Also the weather was super hot and rainy so the increase in the humidity probably contributed.

Loved the house and setup. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen amenities.
There was a distinct mold smell in the basement bedroom.
Was not made clear on the listing that the bedroom was in the basement, not an issue for me but might be for some guests.
