1. Housekeeping team members are extremely customer-delight centric. (the team consists of young bright happy chaps. Wonderful to interact with. Special shoutout to David of housekeeping. Kudos to the hotel for grooming them so well)
2. The property is clean and hygienic. (clean sheets, clean rooms, clean toilets, wonderfully managed corridors and common areas... again kudos to the hotel for such a wonderful job)
3. The onsite parking attendants are very professional and friendly. (another wonderful bunch of youngsters. Amazing leadership of the hotel for creating such wonderful folks all around)
1. While the customer-centricity seems to be the central theme of this hotel's housekeeping and parking management teams, the F&B and the late night front desk teams seemed to lack on it.
1A. The check in experience was inefficient (too many data points to fill in, too much time to photocopy the ID cards, no attempt to run parallel streams (ex: One member continues the paperwork when the others are welcomed in the room in parallel etc). It was also not polite enough. (tone, body language, confusion with booking.com etc.)
1B. The F&B team can be more welcoming and happy (the food options could be limited, but that does not matter if you smile and care)

Room Size and arrangements. Quality of Bed Linen etc. Very specious rooms and good staff.
Reception lady is supportive. I do not remember her name. So the other staff is good.
It is management decision about advance payment. Did not liked at all.
High chance that a good hotel will be spoilt by poor management decisions in future.
Hot water kettle kept in the room is very low quality and i got my finger cut due to sharp edges.
Advance payments system . Why it is in Pune and no where else? When we make reservations thru booking.com is that not enough> Same in IBIS and many hotels in Pune. This is ridiculous.
