Was on the way from the airport to the property / central location.
Collection point on a busy one way street with limited parking during business hours. Had to drop off passenger and navigate around the block a few times, which was fine, but could obviously be improved. First impression of the pickup location was a little rough looking...

The instructions to collect the keys was super easy and detailed, property was super clean and the compendium was both detailed and informative.
The instructions for parking and lifts were a little complicated (can't be helped) we spent 20 mins trying to find the correct assigned carpark (ended up under building 3 twice) and there was only one set of lifts that the fob worked.

景色優美，廚具順手好用，是瓦斯爐且抽油煙機是正常的，調味料也相當齊全，空間寬敞，交通位置相當理想且方便，採光相當充足，大樓公設齊全且整潔。Wifi速度極快，整體整潔大方
地毯灰塵重，加上空調系統是中央空調+吊扇的組合，對過敏者相當不友善；雖然環境清幽，但是還是有隔音不好的問題，有機會被吵醒；主要浴室的洗臉盆及地漏排水速度不佳，以及毛巾的脫毛情況相當嚴重，是有機會變成半張聖誕老人臉的程度；領取鑰匙的方式雖然可以理解，但是要先到有一段距離的其他地方領取鑰匙再繼續前往，對於手上有大型行李的旅客來說相當不便，此外是住宿描述中並沒有提到鑰匙必須去其他地方領取，對於該住宿本身主打的方便性與24小時check-in的服務來說，是會有認知上的落差的；此外是該處的局部治安有較差之風聲，若是較為深夜抵達者，在上述情況下可能會更有風險
