It’s clean and everything’s convenient for the price, pretty good soundproofing also. Communication was very good also.
There was some weird smell all over the house. It was clean but it’s probably some paint or I’m not sure

Room was very nice large and clean!! Love the toiletries they had in the room! Last air bnb I stayed at was horrific and this place made me very happy!!
A little further from work than I would have liked but reasonable walk!

The price is inexpensive. From a map (ignoring the neighborhood), this is a convenient location. The staff (we messaged with them) were kind and super-responsive.
The quality of the unit itself is low, a bit run down. I probably wouldn't stay here again, we didn't get great sleep here. It's in a not-great neighborhood.
