De locatie was in een straat met goede restaurants tegenover. Met 15 minuten in het centrum met de taxi. Wat overigens echt een schijntje is. Taxichauffeurs ook zeer aardig allemaal. Je kan de receptie is zeer behulpzaam. Drankjes, water, koffie en thee staan 24/7 staat klaar beneden. Maar dat is in Shanghai overal wel goed geregeld. Let wel op en wees voorbereid dat men het Engels niet tot weinig machtig is, ook van top hotels kan je dat niet verwachten. Ze doen wel hun heel best met Google translate. Dus take your time, maar het komt goed!
Voor de prijs mag je niet klagen. Maar als er iets gezegd mag worden. Ietsjes outdated, was prima voor 1 of 2 nachten. Geen ramen of mooi uitzicht. Maar dat is normaal in China, dus ok als de gordijnen maar mooi zijn. Ze vroegen ons zelf om feedback te geven om te verbeteren. De muren even nieuw witten of fris kleurtje geven en een goede luchtverfrisser (kookgeur van buren) zou wonderen doen en zeker hoge punten scoren voor de rest zeer grote kamer, ook voor ruim genoeg voor 4 personen, fijne bedden. Fijn dat er een aparte ruime en kaptafel met stoel en grote verlichte spiegel is voor make up is. Dat hebben sommige top hotels niet eens. Heel fijn dat je niet met 4 hoeft te vechten voor 1 spiegel.

The location was okay and convenient for getting to different places. However, we used taxis for all our trips, so the location worked well for us.
The bathroom was dirty and had not been properly cleaned when we arrived. A hairpin was left on the shower floor for several days by previous guests, and it was only removed after we raised the issue with the cleaner. Additionally, the duvet cover had a hole that appeared to have been burned by a cigarette
