The property was very nice. We were all very comfortable spending time visiting. The sleeping arrangements could have been a little better. The bedrooms were fine along with the couch on the third floor. However, the mattress in the living room sleeper couch was not nice at all. It better sleeps 6 not 9 in our opinion.That said, it wasn't enough that we would not recommend Raul's place again.This was my first time using VRBO and I am impressed. Any fears I had have vanished. I would do it again.
