The home sits on a quiet street in the Kennet neighborhood, about 1.2 miles from the Back 40 trail system and minutes from Lake Norwood, with easy access to Bella Vista's seven lakes, golf, and parks. Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges are about 20 to 25 minutes south.

These are POA facilities a short drive away, not on site, and passes can take a few days to arrive. Let us know as early as you can before your stay if you'd like them.

The home is located in the quiet Kennet subdivision near Lake Norwood. Bella Vista is a master-planned community known for its mountain-bike trails, seven lakes, and golf courses. The immediate area features new single-family homes and offers easy access to groceries, restaurants, and bike shops within a short drive. Downtown Bentonville, with its museums, dining, and shopping, is about 20 to 25 minutes away.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to explore the region; parking is available in the garage and driveway. The Back 40 trail system is about 1.2 miles from the house, roughly a 6 minute bike ride or a 25 to 30 minute walk. Other Bella Vista trails and lakes are a quick bike ride or drive. Downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges Museum are about 20 to 25 minutes south. There is limited public transit, so rideshares or driving are the best options.

A few good things to know before you arrive:



· We stock starter soap, shampoo, paper goods, coffee, and tea to get you settled. For longer stays, you may need to replenish your own supply.

· Trash and recycling are picked up on Thursday mornings.

· This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so quiet hours run 9 PM to 8 AM.

· The back deck sits a few steps above an open, unfenced yard, worth knowing if you're traveling with little ones.

· No smoking, and no parties or events, please.

· The home is not pet-friendly.

· Please park in the driveway or garage only. City ordinance forbids parking on the street.

· You'll want a car; rideshares are available but public transit is not.
