Guests enjoy a serene space where comfort meets simplicity, featuring a refreshing atmosphere thanks to shade trees and a covered front porch. The perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, the house offers two king size beds, inviting living area and full kitchen that makes unwinding easy. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. 2bd 1bth Full kitchen. Ask and we can provide flowers and decorations for your arrival.
Unlike other rentals, at Mistletoe you can relax on your last day because housekeeping takes care of the linens, dishes and bedding after you depart. When it is available we offer free early check-in and late check-out. Whether you’re here to explore or just recharge, this home provides a peaceful retreat.
Kids love Fredericksburg. Children and infants are welcome but please note that this house is NOT child proof so be cautious and never leave your child unsupervised.
We love pets!! The fee is $25 per pet per night. We provide Roku TV's in the living room and every bedroom which provides most streaming services. You are able to log into your own streaming accounts or use my logins when available.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and situated in a great location. Jill was a fantastic host who communicated everything perfectly, making the whole process completely effortless. While the shower is a little quirky, everything else about the home was absolutely perfect. We would love to stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house is charming. We loved all of the original details still on the home that give it character and highlight the beauty of it. The beds were comfortable and the decor was a nice touch. The location was perfect to walk to main street and the park for our young children. Jill was extremely considerate and thoughtful with what was provided at the house for us. She was easy to communicate with and it made for an enjoyable stay and stress free check out. We will definately have to come back!
