About this apartment rental

The modern and inviting “Seeperle” vacation apartment in Scharbeutz is located directly on Strandallee in the heart of Scharbeutz. The center of Scharbeutz, with its many cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, as well as the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, are right on your doorstep.
The entrance to the apartment building is located right on Ostseeplatz, where you’ll find Marios Eisdiele and other restaurants and shops. The bakery is just a few meters away. It takes about 3 minutes by car to get to the grocery store.
Scharbeutz’s beautifully landscaped spa park borders the back of the building and is perfect for a stroll.

The 2-room vacation apartment is equipped for 4 people. It is located on the 2nd floor and features a balcony with a beautiful, side view of the sea. There is an elevator in the building.
The living room is furnished with a high-quality sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a radio with a CD player, and a dining area. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo pod machine, an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
The separate bedroom in the Scharbeutz vacation rental features a double bed (180x200 cm) and a large wardrobe. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet.
The large balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. From here, you have a view of the sea on one side and the spa gardens on the other.
