Nice place for few days stay

We had very pleasant stay at hotel London in Glyfada, Athens. Hotel is at a very good location, half way from the airport to the Athens city center and very close to the beach. Breakfast was fine, usual stuff, maybe a little bit basic. The room was ok, nice and clean.

We are not sure that the air conditioning is working. We didn't need it but in the summer it might be a problem. The parking space in front of the hotel is too small (only 3 to 4 cars can fit in). Cleaning ladies start working early in the morning and they make noise in the hallway so if you like to sleep longer that might be a problem.

Second time I've stayed here and would stay again.

Food is great and value for money. Staff are very helpful. Hotel is clean.

The hotel caters for a lot of sports groups, consisting of many young people and children. These groups can be noisy and a bit unruly, running around the corridors, banging on doors and making lots of noise late at night. More supervision is needed.

Overall, pleased with the stay

I needed to stay in Glyfada, so the hotel was nice for the price that I paid. Luckily my windows weren't turned to the busy main street. It was very close to the beach, but I probably wouldn't pick Glyfada as a beach destination.

Breakfast was so-so. Not that I didn't like it, but for the price it could have been a little better I guess.

Always a good, decent, reasonably priced accommodation option for the area of Glyfada; nearby public transport, seaside and the glyfada shops; the roofgarden octopus was super tasty

a construction side on the side of the hotel, noisy; in order to avoid the noise of the construction site, I switched to a room on the side of the road, which again was noisy (but less noisy) and missed out on the side sea view.

The rooms were a little small but they were perfect for what we needed. We just needed a room for the night so we could be close to the port for our departure the next morning.

Really happy with my visit and it was good value for money

Good breakfast. Friendly staff at all levels. The hotel felt homely and relaxing

Limited parking but street parking was available when needed. I couldn't work out what the notice about the pool was trying to say. I visited in February so the pool wasn't important but it would have been had I gone in summer. Is it available to guests in the hotter months?

Very good

We booked a sea view room and actually that view was the highlight of our stay! The breakfast was very nice, the room was ok.

The staff at the reception seemed kind of "bored".

Relaxing near the beach and walking distance to shops

Very close to the beach in Glyfada. We were able to get a meal after late check in which was appreciated.

It was a little noisy at night being on a main road.

Enjoyed breakfast !! Good location , clean room.

Cleanliness, breakfast was super, fresh orange juice, plenty of choices, clean room, location close to bus stop.Restaurant food was super delicious! Just 5 minutes walk to the sea!

The bathroom was too small, the door could not open completely. Breakfast could have vegan milk and dessert . Poseidonos avenue too noisy. Bus takes 45 minutes to Syntagma Square.

Best sea time in Athens.

The room was clean, comfortable to place two people. We had a large closet, a mirror, the bathroom was comfortable, a fridge was there. We picked the "mountain view" room, I think it would have been great to stay at the sea view room next time. We enjoyed the breakfast so much! It was very variable, you can find anything you like there. Open from early morning till around 11 AM. They had an access to public beach that was 2 mins away from the hotel. Absolutely clean and comfortable beach! Many shops around, it would take like 10 mins to reach Mcdonald's, also many shops for food and brands to shop. You may get there either by foot or a train. For train you will need to buy tickets, which are available at the station ticket machine (2 mins from the hotel). Usually you will need a card to pay for the ticket. The other thing about the public transport accessibility is that the bus stop is almost near the hotel: there is a bus to get to Syntagma square (will take 45-50 mins) A2, also there is an X96 bus to get straight to the airport.

Ok for a short stay.

Location was ok. Big street next to the hotel which was very noisy. Nice view on the sea though. Breakfast was ok and staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Overall ok for a short stay and close to public transport.

I personally didn’t like the smell. The breakfast room was around a former pool and it could have been decorated more.
