Perfect little home for a family stay, whilst visiting the South Coast. Eden was very accommodating with me during the whole process, and was able to adjust my booking to add on the extra night that I planned last minute. When we arrived to the home, we were greeted with a bowl of KitKats, the fire place was on and toasty and the welcome music was just a gorgeous touch! The only note I would add to others is that Berry street is quite a busy one, with the traffic noise particularly noticeable at night. Other than that, the house was perfect.

We had a lovely stay here. The house was super clean and comfy and fresh, and we liked the modern touches in kitchen and bathroom. It took a bit to work out heating as it was a chilly night but we got it sorted n had a very comfortable easy stay. Excellent communication w host n check in n out very easy. Would recommend!

Good communication from the host and they responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the bedding, which we appreciated. The place is well-priced and in a convenient, central location.
However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning in the lounge didn’t work effectively, and the jacuzzi developed an unpleasant smell by the second day of use. Cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed a hair under the bedding when attempting to change it, suggesting more attention to detail is needed. Amenities were quite limited - no facial tissues or paper towels, no milk or coffee, and only a small amount of tea. Additionally, there were no spare towels beyond one per guest or extra bedding/blankets readily available, we had to request additional items during our stay.
Overall, good value for the location, but could be improved with better maintenance and more attention to basic amenities.
