A quiet, residential home in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country, where Lauren Ashton Cellars, Amavi Cellars, and over a dozen boutique tasting rooms are a 5-minute walk from the front door. No designated driver required, no rideshare needed — just walk out and start tasting.

Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms (two en-suite), central AC, a fully equipped kitchen, and space for up to 12 guests. Whether you're here for a wine-tasting weekend, a family reunion, an Eastside business stay near Redmond or Bellevue, or an extended visit to the Seattle metro area, the home gives you the space and the location to do it comfortably.

THE HOME

Built for groups who want to stay together without feeling crowded. The main floor opens to a bright living room, full kitchen, and dining area. Four private bedrooms are spread across the home — two with private en-suite bathrooms so the group doesn't have to share. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, a Keurig coffee machine with K-pods, and gourmet teas for easy mornings before a day of tasting.
