Step out onto your private balcony and soak in the panoramic Gulf views, or head downstairs to the gulf-front community pool. Inside, you ll find a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The best part? Daily beach service is included from March through October your own set of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, ready and waiting on the sand.

Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Max 6 guests.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the condo, on the patio, or around building entrances.
Pets: No pets allowed, except registered service animals
Parking: Free parking available. Park only in designated spaces. No boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles.
Beach Access: Use included beach service setup (2 chairs & 1 umbrella). Personal chairs/gear must not block walkways.
Pool Use: Follow all posted pool rules. No glass containers near pool areas.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathroom before checkout.
Grilling: Use designated charcoal grill area only. Clean up after use.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outside bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off lights, TVs, appliances, close patio doors, and securely lock the unit when leaving.

Very accurate listing. Condo was a great size for our little family (2 adults and one child). The complimentary beach chairs were great. The beach wasn’t overly crowded at all. The only thing is that the oven is a little sensitive. It’s in celsius mode, but I feel like it gets a little hotter than the degree it’s set to. After getting used to it though it was fine! The elevator also is a little scary Lol. It did idle on us for about 2-3 minutes and it finally opened. The condo is on the first floor though so the stairs weren’t bad at all. Over all it was a great vacation and we enjoyed every minute of it. Great location and a great condo!

We enjoyed our stay. Facilities were very good. Great weather. Really liked being right on the beach. Elevator was a little concerning at times. Otherwise it was great.

Location is great. The place itself was clean and had what we needed. My negatives would be the code to the door to get in was incorrect, the codes to get out the gate to the pool/beach was incorrect. We had pest control arrive while we trying to get ready and then the water was shut off due to a pipe under the concrete. We were unable to finish getting ready for our photos on the beach so we had to cancel. I understand the pipe issue was out of their control. The oven only goes up to 285 but it can burn a pizza in 8 minutes. All that said, the time spent at the beach was great.
