Clean apartment, great location, safe, helpful hosts

The location of this accommodation was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. I also appreciated that Julianna met us at 2:00 p.m. so we could drop off our luggage before check-in. The booking and payment process was confusing, with multiple payments and deposits that were difficult to track. Communication was poor throughout the stay. We never received checkout instructions and had to follow up several days later regarding the return of our deposit. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The toilet had not been flushed when we arrived, and the coffee/espresso machine had not been cleaned. The bed was also uncomfortable. During a heat wave with temperatures in the 90s, we were told a fan would be provided later that day, but it never arrived. While the location was great, the cleanliness, communication, and overall guest experience fell short of expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.
