LAKEFRONT 2nd floor apartment completely renovated in a modern style with light colors & minimalist decoration to put you in the right holiday mood. 2 Rooms with private bathroom, AC, Smart Tv and terrace EACH. New kitchen+ double sofabed +3rd terrace to enjoy breakfast facing the enchanting gulf of Maderno or the Bornico beach. New windows do not block main road noise. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and the town center. Private cement beach area for the condominium, also Bike/car park This apartment offers beautiful lateral views from the balcony, the private cement beach is a nice space where you can relax. There is also air conditioning and new home appliances. 1 parking (number 13), bike deposit, lake dock in front of building. I speak fluent english, italian and spanish, and speak some basic level french and german. I am available outside work hours to answer questions about the apartment or to advise on the various activities available on the lake. The Bologna Condominium was built originally as a hotel, over an old "limonaia", where lemon trees where grown. It stands in a sunny position, facing the lake, where you can snorkel by the SS45 or walk the walkway that connects Fasano and Maderno. Walking Distance 2 minutes walk from the public beach with the small park of Bornico 3 minutes walk to the restaurants-pizzeria Bornico 4 mins from the enchanting white-bar restaurant 15 minutes from the center of Maderno 17 minutes from Toscolano-Maderno / Torri ferry, boat hire Bus stop across the street. Can be noisy due to nearby main street. Please make rational use of air conditioning and electric appliances. There is 1 AC for each room but this doesn't mean they should be running all together all day long! Elevator available.
