It features a living room/bedroom with a cozy corner sofa, armchair, and TV, alongside direct access to a furnished balcony. The bedroom includes a double bed (two single mattresses measuring 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe. Additionally, a separate bedroom provides a sofa bed (120x180 cm), a folding table, a wardrobe, and another TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a dining table for four. The bathroom contains a shower and toilet. Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool (15m x 8m, 1.2m deep) exclusively for Berolina guests, as well as access to table tennis and darts (equipment not provided). A parking space in the underground garage is included. A dog is welcome, and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
