Baboosic Lake Town Beach is a two minute walk, offering swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding rentals. In the winter enjoy snowshoeing, skating and ice fishing on the lake. Close to restaurants, including LaBelle Winery, Bedford Village Inn, and a hour drive to NH beaches, skiing, hiking, Portsmouth and Boston. The cottage is newly renovated with charm and all updated appliances. There is a smart tv with cable tv and Wi-Fi included.
