Outdoor Oasis: Unwind in the six-person hot tub or detoxify in the barrel sauna. Gather around the fire pit under a canopy of stars or find a quiet moment in one of the serene hammocks.
Premier Entertainment: A dedicated 12-seat movie theater and a full game room ensure endless fun for all ages, perfect for family reunions and group celebrations.
Gourmet Kitchen & Dining: The fully-equipped chef's kitchen features a large island and dining seating for 8 in the kitchen, 12+ in the dining room, and 10 on the deck, making group meals and socializing a breeze.
Luxurious Accommodations: The home comfortably sleeps up to 17 guests across six color-drenched bedrooms, each featuring plush bedding and ample space for privacy and relaxation.

Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, four exterior security cameras monitor the perimeter (front door, driveway, deck/yard). There are no indoor or private-area cameras.

HOUSE RULES
○ There is no smoking of any kind inside the house and on the decks/patios. Any violation of this policy requires guest to pay a $750 Ozone Fee per occurrence.
○ If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100 per 25-minute increment past 10:00am.
○ NO PETS ALLOWED.
○ No parties or events without prior approval
○ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
○ Please supervise children at all times especially around hot tub, sauna, and fire pit
○ Treat our house like your own. You will be charged for any broken or misplaced items.
HOT TUB RULES
○ Must be 18 years old to enter hot tub
○ You must shower before entering hot tub
○ No glass in or around hot tub
○ Consult your physician before entering hot tub
○ No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
○ Cover hot tub when done.
○ No sunscreen, self-tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub.
○ Do Not enter hot tub after walking around bare footed, tracking dirt and grass into hot tub will make the hot tub unsanitary and you will not be able to use it.
○ If you don't follow these rules and the hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for it to be drained and cleaned.

Guests will have access to the entire property and all the amenities. Your check-in will be keyless utilizing smart locks to access.

Our stay at this beautiful mountain home in Asheville was truly one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. The house was absolutely spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with stunning mountain views and plenty of space for our girls’ trip to relax and enjoy time together.What really set this home apart was how incredibly well stocked it was — the hosts had thought of everything. From the kitchen essentials to extra blankets, games, toiletries, and all the little details that make a stay comfortable, we never once found ourselves needing something that wasn’t already there.We had such an amazing time that I have already booked another stay for later this year. That says it all! We cannot recommend this property enough and are already looking forward to coming back.

This is a perfect rental. It has everything you could ever need. Multiple coffee stations, everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of linens and towels, and so much entertainment. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely exceptional stay at this spectacular home. They have set the bar for any future rental. The beautiful spacious bedrooms, the comfort of the beds, the big bathrooms and all of the toiletries/ extras, the kitchen had more than enough tableware, the movie theatre (wow), games (inside and outside), hot tub, sauna, fire-pit, the ambience of the entire home was just incredible….I can go on and on. Every single detail was well thought out to accommodate our large group and make it memorable. In fact, so memorable we were already discussing coming back. Thank you for the lovely welcome gifts and sharing your home with us. Just book it - do not hesitate. You will be in awe.
