This cozy 1928 bungalow is the perfect home base for 1-2 people in quiet and safe North Tacoma/Ruston. *This is a monthly rental with a 30-day minimum.*

Get a restful night’s sleep in one bedroom with a queen bed and Casper mattress. The bathroom features a clawfoot tub with shower. Relax in the soothing living room, work from home in an open office area with desk and high-speed wireless, and use the unfurnished second floor for workouts or meditation.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and sunny breakfast nook with French doors. A large deck and fenced yard extend the space outdoors and show off amazing sunsets and a peek-a-boo water and territorial view. Dogs are welcome with proof of oral flea meds. They will love the secure yard, dog door, and neighborhood parks! (Sorry, no cats.)
