Location, decoration of the hotel and the staff are amazing, clean and comfortable hotel, all the facilities available, very friendly for kids.
The food not really good for 4 stars hotel it can be much better there is a variety of food but the taste not really good.

Bad service, rude waiters. Restaurant is overcrowded and too noisy.

The location is great, nice view
Restaurant's capacity is clearly not enough for the number of visitors. Shortened breakfast time, crowded
50 stairs to the beach are not ok for people using wheelchair or family with small kids.
