Escape to this cozy modern vintage farmhouse on 80 private acres with your own river access. Soak in the hot tub under the stars, kayak the creek, play pickleball in the barn, and gather around the fire pit. With 4 bedrooms and room for 12, it's perfect for family getaways and quiet weekends away. Showers, birthdays, and intimate gatherings welcome. Ask us about hosting yours.
Welcome to the River House at Cedar Bluff Farms, a secluded countryside escape where Sycamore Creek meets the Sac River and the only neighbors are the trees. This is the place for slow mornings, river days, and evenings in the hot tub under the stars.
THE HOME
With 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 baths, the River House sleeps 12 comfortably. The large farmhouse kitchen is ready for family meals, the master suite has a king bed and a spa-like bathroom, and every room is layered with warm, cozy character. Walk-in showers and a main-level king suite make the home comfortable for grandparents and guests of all ages.
THE RIVER & THE LAND
Private river access is right on the property, and kayaks are included. Spend the day floating, fishing, or splashing in the creek, then take the golf cart out to explore. When the sun goes down, it's fire pit and hot tub time.
FUN & GAMES
Pickleball in the barn, ping pong, and 80 acres of room to roam. Nobody runs out of things to do here.
GATHERINGS & CELEBRATIONS
The River House is a lovely setting for small celebrations. Baby and bridal showers, birthday dinners, and intimate gatherings are welcome with prior approval. All events are private and invitation-only, so message us with your plans before booking and we'll walk you through the details.
THE LODGE, JUST DOWN THE ROAD
Bringing a bigger crew? Our other home, The Lodge, sits on its own 75 acres about two miles away and sleeps 16+ with 5 bedrooms, a stocked fishing pond, farm animals, and a game room. It's a favorite for reunions, wedding parties, and teams, and lots of families book both homes when the whole crew comes to the farm. Search The Lodge at Cedar Bluff Farms or just ask us.

Beautiful place to stay. Offered a lot fun family activities, ping pong table (a HUGE hit), the golf cart, the fire ring (we didn't get a chance to use it, but it's in a really neat spot) and the hot tub.

Hilary is a SUPER host! We have stayed at both her locations and had nothing but the best of accommodations. Beautiful home and location and LOTS for everyone to do and peaceful spots to rest. Responsive to any need or question. Thank you so much, Hilary. Looking forward to our next stay!
