This ideal location lets you spend your days exploring, hiking, or enjoying local entertainment, then return home to quiet surroundings and fresh mountain air at the end of the day. Our large, newly renovated game room offers a piano, pool table, board games and space to make wonderful memories.

Other Things to Note:

“Black Bear Ridge” does not have a washer or dryer on site, so we recommend packing accordingly. Its convenient location near town makes longer stays possible, but we want to be fully transparent so you can plan ahead with extra clothing and towels.

We have a standard coffee maker in the kitchen- not a Keurig.



We are not liable for any items left behind after checkout. Due to the natural mountain setting, wildlife may be present in the area and can occasionally approach the property, including bears, snakes, and other native Smoky Mountain wildlife. Please keep all doors and vehicle doors locked at all times, including the front door, to help prevent unwanted wildlife entry.
