We had already paid so we had no option of going elsewhere for our 10 day stay but I wish we had! The apartment was dirty and the ceiling in the bathroom was spotted and leaking water which gave an awful mildew smell. Furniture was broken or not put together properly and the bed was hard as a rock. We knew there was no air conditioning but it was 96F the day we arrived and only 1 of the 2 fans worked (barely) We bought 2 more the next day. We had to leave the windows open for any cool air and it is in a very loud area of the city. Also several blocks from a major hospital so there were sirens all night long. Positives were the check in was friendly and it is close to a lot of public transportation.
