Bedrooms/ living room with tv and sleeper sofa are all in the loft. Bottom floor features a fully stocked kitchen/ bar table and couch with tv. King bed in one room. Twin beds in second bedroom. Bathroom features a tub/shower with stocked toiletries. Loft upstairs has a living area with tv and pull out sofa.
The home is located walking distance to Gonzaga University. When the weather is nice, walking through Gonzaga is beautiful. You will also find many restaurants and bars, an ice cream shop, coffee shops and donut shop all walking distance. Grocery store is walking distance just up the street.
The front patio features an outdoor sofa, bistro table and bbq grill.
This is a beautiful loft unit. We have all organic bedding and UV sanitize the mattresses after each stay. Reach out if you need any baby items and we would love to provide a pack and play and any other items you may need.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. Very clean and organized, even though we did not use them they offer many amenities in case you forgot anything. Which was a nice touch. Our host reached out via text and left a sweet note with snacks and water, my kids loved that. The apartment is very well located as everything you could want or need is within minutes driving and walking. Even though it’s off a main road it was nice and quiet during our stay. We would definitely like you stay here again if we come back out to Spokane.
