About this house rental
This spacious one-bedroom retreat offers a comfortable open floor plan with plenty of room for two to relax and unwind. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, cozy living area, private bedroom, bathroom with a tiled rainfall shower, and a small workspace.
Step outside to enjoy your own inviting outdoor spaces. The bistro-lit fire pit area is surrounded by a privacy fence, and we provide firewood and a fire-making kit so you can easily enjoy an evening by the fire. The large deck also features privacy curtains, creating a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
We’re located in a quiet rural area approximately 17 minutes from downtown Asheville and 20 minutes from the Biltmore Estate, giving you a relaxing place to come home to while still being convenient to Asheville’s most popular attractions. A large grocery store is only about 7 minutes away, so groceries, drinks, and other necessities are close by.
Our driveway is located off the host property’s driveway, and the hosts live on the property. While you’ll have your own space and privacy, this is not a secluded mountain property. There are neighboring homes nearby, although the area is quiet and our neighbors generally keep to themselves. We like to be upfront about the setting so guests arrive knowing exactly what to expect.
It’s a great home base for couples who want to explore Asheville, the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Mountains, and surrounding areas while still having a peaceful place to relax around the fire at the end of the day.

Wonderful host, clean house, and literally every single detail you could imagine. A thoughtful welcome basket, grilling tools, smores, and more! It was a very cute place and made our engagement weekend a success. The hosts go out of their way for their guests!

We had a great time! We thought it was really sweet and thoughtful to be greeted with a welcome basket!! They have anything you could need for your stay… games, hot tub towels, firewood, coffee, etc! 10/10 would stay again!
