About this house rental
Family-friendly and tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this warm retreat makes it easy to relax and reconnect. Bring the dog—pups are welcome—and enjoy an easy walk to Pequawket Pond with private beach access for swimming, sunbathing, and skipping stones. After a day outside, soak in the hot tub, then gather at the fire pit for s’mores and stories. Sleeps 6: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins. Calm streets for bike rides, a comfy living area for movie nights.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
Up to 2 dogs allowed; if bringing one, add them to your reservation; a $50 pet fee applies.
*Beach: The beach is on Pequawket Pond, just about a 5-minute walk from the house. It`s not dog friendly. The beach is only open from May 1st through November 1st.
Must be 25+ to book.
No parties/events or smoking allowed.
Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.
Parking for 3 cars only.
Up to 2 dogs allowed; if bringing one, add them to your reservation; a $50 pet fee applies.
Grill & propane available from May 1 to October 31.

Beautiful cabin and lovely stay for Memorial Day weekend with my partner. Exactly as described. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very professionally managed. The hot tub is wonderful! Abbey is great. She gets back to you almost immediately. Just a little heads up for families or those staying for longer than a weekend would be to bear in mind that there’s not a lot of storage room for your items- only a couple of racks to hang some clothes. Was not really an issue for us because we only stayed for a weekend, but so some shelves or drawers would be cool for those with longer stays. There was a miscommunication with the check out (Vrbo website says 11:00 am, when in reality it’s 10:00 am) The 10:00 am checkout is hectic, so try to arrange for late checkout, if possible, so you can really enjoy the property. Overall, great stay and looking forward to renting again very, very soon!
