About this house rental
"Villa Ana" Semi-detached villa in a prime location in the Playamar-Los Alamos area of Torremolinos, second line to the beach, with direct access to the promenade (approximately 50 meters from the entrance to the beach). Maximum occupancy: 11 guests + infant.
**New for 2026: Bathroom with shower on the ground floor, exterior modern flooring. Renovated semi-basement separating a bedroom with 3 beds.**
Air conditioning and heating in all rooms except the basement area (heating only)
The property is located on a one-way street with similar properties. The entrance leads to the front door on the side, which opens onto a spacious entrance hall. From here, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The kitchen has all modern appliances such as an oven, ceramic hob, and dishwasher, as well as all necessary equipment such as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. From the kitchen, there is access to the utility room, which has a washing machine, cleaning supplies, and an iron.
The living room has a large curved sofa and an armchair, Smart TV, DVD player, and high-speed fibre optic internet, a dining table and six chairs, and doors leading to a terrace that is half-covered with patio sofas and a drinks refrigerator, and half-covered with sun loungers and an awning. The door leads to the swimming pool and additional sun loungers.
The first floor has a large landing leading to three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (180 cm), wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom, and a terrace with a table and chairs. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and wardrobes.
The first floor sleeps six people, and the ground floor sleeps two (total eight).
The newly refurbished semi-basement, with a pool table and ping-pong table, is available for all bookings.
Important......For bookings with more than eight people, guests have access to bedroom with three additional beds, lounge with sofa with a table and chairs.
Close to La Colina and Los Alamos commuter train stations (10-minute walk), Mercadona supermarket in Playamar (2km), Supersol (1.5km), and the nearest small supermarket (500 meters) on the seafront promenade. Plaza Mayor Shopping Centre - Los Alamos train station (1 stop) and 3km by car

I dont usually do reviews but I feel I need to this time, where will I start, Gary the host was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, the villa is stunning and well within walking distance to restaurants, shops and pubs, you can also get a taxi down to Benalmadena for around 15 or if you like to walk its about 45mins, I couldnt recommend this place more and the day we left Gary even let us leave our cases in the villa as we had a later flight home, if I could give an extra star for here i would, thanks again Gary.

It was a beautiful stay in the house. The beach is 2 min walk and in october it's very quiet. Really nice. Thw only bad point for me is there is no bathroom downstairs.

Very spacious, clean and modern property with plenty of room for all the family. Property Manager Gary was very helpful and stayed in contact with you before your stay and met you on arrival and exit. Any issues or problems he was easy to contact not that we had to as everything was excellent. In a lovely quiet area but it is a taxi ride into Torremolinos or a good 30 minute walk. Family had a great time

Lovely property there was 11 of us in total,two families house was a very good size for a large group. The basement bedroom was ideal for the three teenage boys. Kitchen facilities were good Wi-Fi access worked well it was a walk away from the train station and the train can be gotten to Malaga airport and lots of different stops in Torremolinos. The pool was lovely The space around the edge of the pool was a little restricted but there was a balcony area You could sit on off the house.Also the property is just across the road from the beach.We really enjoyed our stay We had a fantastic holiday. Torremolinos is a great spot very accessible walking,by train and Uber.
