Easy transit: bus stop across street, Trax 2 blocks, 35 min to ski resorts. Shared laundry room. Note: Downstairs unit is a separate unit with its own private entrance. The house has 3 bedrooms, large living room, 2 full baths and large private backyard with 5-person hot tub and 2-person infrared sauna and patio for grilling! Kitchen is fully stocked with slow-cooker, blenders, and all the cookware. Fox Den is kid friendly and has a shared laundry room with additional front yard and patio. (Basement is a private apartment with its own private side entrance that connects to laundry). Off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Easy public transportation (bus stop across street, trax 1 mile, airport 15 min, ski resorts 35 min, 10 min to down town nightlife). Guests entrance is through front gate of front yard. 2 parking spaces in driveway, any additional cars must park on street. Front yard gardens are also for guests and shared. Pets are not allowed. The property manager lives onsite in the downstairs apartment and maintains the lawn and garden. The garage is not for guest use and is reserved for the property manager. The side door is the private entrance for the downstairs apartment and should not be used by guests. The laundry room is a shared space—please keep it clear of personal items except while actively doing laundry, and observe the posted hours and guidelines.
