The Space:

Set on the top floor amid landscaped tropical grounds, this spacious apartment feels bright and breezy with abundant natural light. The lounge pairs a generous leather sofa and rattan armchair with a large TV, creating an inviting place to unwind after days by the river.



The living area flows directly onto the north-facing balcony, where a generous outdoor setting overlooks leafy palms and the shared pool. Enjoy leisurely breakfasts, long lunches or afternoon drinks in the fresh air. Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen offers quality appliances and ample storage for easy holiday cooking, while the adjoining dining table is ideal for meals together.



The primary bedroom continues the calm coastal palette with a king bed, built-in storage, ceiling fan, TV and direct balcony access. Its private ensuite has a shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom offers built-in storage, a ceiling fan and a flexible configuration of one king or two single beds; please advise your preference when booking. The main bathroom provides a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet, with a separate laundry equipped with a washer, dryer and sink.



Beyond the apartment, enjoy the complex’s shared amenities. Take a dip in the heated pool, unwind in the spa or gather for a casual BBQ among the tropical gardens, while little ones enjoy the children’s wading pool.

Public transport is just a 4-minute (260m) stroll to Gympie Tce at Massoud Park, Noosaville, offering regular connections to Hastings Street, Noosa Junction, and Sunshine Beach.

This apartment is strictly no smoking, including on the balcony.
