The area in general is phenomenal, especially for kids. We have a two-year-old, and there are many restaurants that are walkable, and the beach is very close.The unit is great. It was clean and check-in was great. They even let us check in early, which was helpful because we would have had to skip our two-year-old's nap and that would have been pretty challenging.The balcony overlooked a little pond, which was awesome, and you could see the main road of 30A and get a glimpse of the beach through a couple of the houses on the other side of the road.

Great location as we have stayed in this area before. Perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. We enjoyed it and would rent again for sure.

Condo was spacious and as advertised. The internet was a little spotty but the location was wonderful and the condo was spacious. Communication with staff about an issue with the garbage disposal was quick and they responded promptly to fix the issue.
