The Space:
This lovely, beach-inspired home away from home has a cozy feel and offers wonderful views of the Gulf and pool from the fourth-floor balcony. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with upgraded countertops that include a walk through to the dining and living room, upgraded white cabinetry, and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room features a quite comfortable sofa and loveseat, a lovely mirrored wall, a country-style dining table for six, a TV, a DVD player, and access to the Gulf side balcony. You will be delighted by the tile floors throughout this retreat. The main bedroom has a comfortable beach and palm theme including a large king bed, wicker furnishings, a TV, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has a happy color scheme with two nice double beds, a TV, and a DVD player. Each of the bathrooms has a tub/shower combo, upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, custom mirrors, and upscale lighting. A washer/dryer has been added to the unit for our guests' convenience. Come enjoy the beach life in style in this fine condo!
This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Great view, excellent amenities, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Impeccable housekeeping and provision of essential items. If I had to change anything, two things come to mind: 1) checkout instructions are quite involved, and feel like a great deal of responsibility for maintenance is placed on the guest (i.e., stripping beds, running laundry and dishwasher, etc.) That is not to say guests should ever make maintenance crew's task more difficult; but a detailed checklist does not add to an otherwise terrific enjoyable and stress-free experience, which brings me to the second point: 2) in light of checkout expectations, a 10am checkout time seems almost punitive, and renders the aforementioned expectations nearly impossible given the time constraints. Ask me how I know...
That said, unless this review lands the reviewer on some "no fly" list, I will definitely be seeking to return sooner rather than later, and that is the best endorsement I can give as a guest. Kudos to the entire team!

Very clean, excellent beach views, and outstanding beach chairs and umbrellas set up for and waiting for us by 6am every morning. Don’t underestimate the importance of convenience for an outstanding stay.

Perfect location! Our only complaint was that the master bedroom mattress was extremely firm.

We loved our stay in this condo! It is larger than most condos we have stayed in. It was very well stocked. It was also very cute with an amazing view. We never heard the neighbors at all, and we were there during spring break. Parking was great even though getting in and out of the parking lot was sometimes a little tough due to traffic. Check-in and -out were very easy. The location was good. We didn’t see any dolphins from the balcony, but we took a dolphin cruise so it was fine.
I had to search and search for an available, reasonably priced condo, and we took a gamble on this one. It completely worked out. No complaints from us at all.
