The Space:
This condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit A502 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. this home is beautifully decorated in peaceful blues and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, and the bar area has two stools for additional seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Had a decent visit recently for a beach trip. The internet/wifi was not great if it did work. This was a working vacation for me and I was not able to work. The TVs in the bedrooms did not work either. Maintenance was notified on the first day and they did not come until the 4th day and we were leaving on day 5. Although it we enjoyed staying with a few hiccups, we would still suggest this condo to others to stay. The tiki bar was always on point as well!

I enjoy the Waterscape a lot. This condo (A502) is dated and could use a deep cleaning but I would stay in it again.
Also should be noted that’s it’s wayyyy at the front of the resort great for me but if I had to haul kids and kid stuff back and forth it would not be a good time.

We have a fantastic time. Best views from this condo. Included the beach chair service which was a good added touch. Tastefully decorated.
Nic-picky stuff:
1) master bath shower door ajar
2) guest bedroom TV… couldn’t turn it on, but maybe it was me.
3). Dishwasher… do not work properly. I mean it would run, but not clean. We double washed everything.
4) refrigerator… works too well? Maybe a bit too cold. We brought bags of salad, but had to throw it away because it froze solid.
5). Lastly, I wanted a couple more large garbage bags for the kitchen. We were there for 3 nights and only had two kitchen bags. I like to keep everything clean so this one drive me crazy, next time I will bring a couple extra.
Overall, I highly recommend.

Smelled very clean when checking in and for the most part it was very satisfactory. However, immediately after entering and taking our shoes off our feet were very dirty. I mopped the floors and it made a world of difference. The beds were very comfortable and you had a great view. The other down sides were that the ice maker wouldn't dispense ice consistently... also the outdoor table was disassembled/broken and one of the lounge chairs was also broken
