*IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Please note that Pinnacle Port Tower A is undergoing a scheduled exterior restoration project beginning September 14, 2026 and is expected to continue through May 15, 2027. During this time, guests may experience construction-related noise during normal working hours, the presence of contractors and equipment around the building, and temporary restrictions to certain exterior areas.
The outdoor pool deck is scheduled to be closed from December 15, 2026 through March 15, 2027. The covered pool is expected to remain open and accessible during this period
Paradise abounds at this gated resort condo! Located directly next door to Camp Helen State Park and Downtown Carillon, fun in the sun is inevitable, and great shopping and dining opportunities are guaranteed. When you aren't out exploring the area's plethora of amusements, indulge in invigorating dips into the resort's indoor and outdoor pools, engage in some playful competition on the basketball court, or completely unwind in the hot tub. Water and beach access are at your fingertips - so make any day a beach day! And to round it all out - be sure to utilize the shared grilling area to host a sweet summer barbecue.

We enjoyed our time at pinnacle port. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. New pots and pans might be nice Otherwise we enjoyed the property. Lovely.
