The Space:
With a bunk area for the kids, two full bathrooms, and an open-concept social area with a private spacious balcony and outdoor patio furniture, this spacious condo has everything you could want for a perfect vacation. This beautiful condo is decorated in tropical colors with gorgeous views of the tropical gardens, pools, and Gulf. The full kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table.
The main bedroom boasts a view across the property of the pools, tropical gardens, and the Gulf. It includes a spacious en suite bathroom with a garden tub and stand-up shower. There is a full bathroom with stand up shower accessible from the second bedroom and the main hallway. This condo also offers a unique bunk area for extra accommodations. There is a stackable washer/dryer included for your convenience.
The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island features stores and restaurants You can enjoy right on the shore, just under one mile from the condo. You're also just one block from delicious crab legs and steamed oysters at the Old Bay Steamer. If you want to get even closer to the ocean, sign up for tours and fun ocean trips at Crab Island Watersports a quarter-mile away.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great condo! Very spacious and clean. Extra bunk room was a hit for the kids. Resort is very kid friendly! Beach was beautiful and chairs/umbrellas were included. Only downside to our stay was our kids’ life jackets were stolen from outside our room. All together, it was still a great trip

We had an amazing stay. The pool area is amazing and the kids loved it. Our refrigerator door broke and maintenance was there very quickly. So, no complaints there. Our overall experience was great!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I must say I am quite impressive with this unit. It was very cozy and felt like home. My husband loved how the couches had the electric recliners. The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable. The sheets and comforter were perfect, not to heavy or to light. I was surprised to find extra pillows, sheets, towels and all the kitchen accessories needed to suit our needs. We only had to buy our food and spices of course. Although our unit was in the back by the garage we still had a beautiful view of the beach and the pool area. We brought our wagon/beach stuff and it was literally a quick 5 minute walk to the beach only cause we had to walk through the pool area to get there. Not too shabby with an 18 month old in tote! Oh and wow the great communication I have received from the staff was beyond what I had expected. They made a point to reach out prior to our stay, during our stay to ensure we were satisfied, and at the end of our stay. We were more than satisfied and will definitely stay here again!
