The Space:
Waterscape A223 is highlighted with tropical corals, blues, and greens and is designed with beautiful furnishings. Each room in this gorgeous unit is adorned with colorful artwork. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, a TV, and a DVD player.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age. Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.

Took my 17yr old daughter and her friend for a little get away right before her graduation. Had a great time. Enjoyed the condo and the beach. We joked about the view of the parking lot from our balcony but you can stand at the far end and looks toward the beach and still see the ocean (just a peek). It looks just as it does in the photos. Easy access to the garage area from this condo as well. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Cute condo. Wonderful living space, kitchen, and bathrooms! The beach is a stones throw away although the view is not quite beachfront/ you can see it from far tleft corner of balcony.
Still had a great time, as there are hot tubs, pools, and the beach to keep busy. Doesn’t matter if you can’t see the beach, it is there!
Had a wonderful staycation. Would recommend to anyone looking. TV’s are in every bedroom area including kids bunks.
The dvd rental was strange but not a priority (no remote for dvd player). Beautiful decorations in condo- made for a lovely and calming weekend.
Great location and we had fun!

The condo needs an overall update, bed frames attached to headboards so they don’t roll around, and better housekeeping. This unit needs updated furniture and a deep clean. Love the resort itself with great amenities. We’ve stayed here twice. First condo was more updated and nicer. This one needs updating.
