There is plenty of dining seating with a fine dining table for eight as well as four bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a lovely king bed, a large flat screen TV, and access to a private full bathroom with a custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom features a great queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and access to the second full bathroom. Please be advised that the Majestic Sun HOA will be performing building-wide exterior maintenance on Buildings A and B from September 2026 through April 2027.

The project will begin with balcony repairs running from September through December 2026. During this initial phase, balconies will be completely blocked depending on the specific building stack the construction crew is currently renovating. Balconies will be inaccessible, outdoor furniture will be stored inside the units for safety, and the resort pool will close periodically during overhead work. Following this, walkway updates will take place from January through April 2027, requiring units to be completely blocked off on a floor-by-floor basis as the crew progresses through the building.
