The Space:
Waterscape's A213 is newly upgraded and is thoughtfully decorated with a warm and rich theme with stylish furnishings and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed; with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, electric griddle with warming tray, Ninja Professional Blender with Nutri Ninja cups, and a Black and Decker Convection toaster. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area seats up to eight people comfortably. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a beautifully decorated half bath off the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with upgraded programmable fans and light fixtures. Waterscape A213 has a large laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
Remodel Notice: Starting November 24, 2024, this unit will undergo a full remodel. The property will look very different after the renovation, and new photos will be posted once the work is finished.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Condo is exactly as pictured. No real complaints about the condo itself. I did like how it was NOT decorated like most other condos and covered in Beach themed stuff. Location relative to pool and beach is pretty good. Bit of a walk to parking garage. Beach service is included, but we never even used it. It seems they set up about half the amount of chairs and umbrellas as there are guests at the condo so we just made our own spots on the beach each day.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was lovely and very comfortable. The amenities were so much fun for the kids. I loved that it included beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella). We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the condo & property. The condo was spacious & accommodated 4 adults & 2 kids. The only hiccup we had was the Keurig that was listed in the description would not work for us but other than that we enjoyed our vacation!
