The rooms had lots of character, we loved the beamed ceilings and medieval theme. The location is amazing, very central with brilliant cafes and restaurants only steps away. And we appreciated the drinks and snacks table the staff kindly arrange for guests.

Property is in a great location, close to the heart of Lucca. Down a quiet alley, we slept so well as it was lovely and peaceful. I had read the great reviews prior to booking but honestly, it was the medieval them and wall artwork that sold me!

The shower was far too small. Not a plumbed toilet. Made weird noises. Bed too soft
